Governor Approves Transportation Legislation for 91 Freeway, Positive Train Control

Sept. 28, 2010 IRVINE, Calif. – Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s signature of Assembly Bill 2098 (AB 2098) and Senate Bill 1371 (SB 1371) helps reduce freeway gridlock and enhances rail safety in Southern California.
