Experts Unveil California’s Transportation Tomorrowland
WHAT:
During its annual Southern California Transportation Summit, Mobility 21 will unveil “California’s Transportation Tomorrowland” — a vehicle display featuring modern technology in today’s transportation world and highlighting the future of mobility innovations that will make California more competitive. Brief remarks will be followed by a photo opportunity with the vehicles on display as well as media availability.

WHY:
Mobility 21’s “Competitive California” Summit theme explores how the region can best use technology and lessons learned to create a cutting-edge mobility system that moves Southern Californians and their economy forward. Technology in transportation, such as the innovative vehicles on display, is helping to clean our air, ease congestion and improve our quality of life — making California once again the best place to live, work and play. It takes more than a village: It takes cities, counties, regions and states all working together. It takes coalitions like Mobility 21, advocating for the transportation priorities of all seven counties in Southern California — Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, San Diego, Riverside and Ventura. It takes intelligent and hard-working elected officials to carry the message to Sacramento and Washington D.C.
