Exhibitor-Only Registration

All sponsorships include one exhibitor-only registration, which includes:

• One company representative admission to the Expo only
• A boxed lunch
• Day-of self-parking
• Does not include $50 Disney voucher

Parking

Complimentary day-of self-parking is available to Summit attendees. Please let the parking attendant know you are parking for the Mobility 21 Summit and follow parking instructions. Overnight hotel guests are subject to a self-parking fee of $40, or $70 for valet.

Networking Breaks During Summit

Breaks will be provided during the following times:
• 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Breakfast served in the Expo Hall
• 10:15 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Morning networking break
• 1:15 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Afternoon networking break #1
• 2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Afternoon networking break #2

Expo Booth Specifications

Each Expo booth will include:

• One six-foot table
• Two chairs
• Draped table cover (color is black)

Please note, due to hotel regulations, exhibitors may not serve outside food and beverage at their booths. Candy dishes are permitted.

Table displays are encouraged. If your display is full-sized, it must not be wider than the six-foot table.

Floor displays can be placed behind your table, but must be within the footprint of your booth.

Setting Up Your Expo Booth

All booths may begin set-up at 6:00 a.m. on the day of the Summit.

No booth set-up will be permitted the day before the Summit.

All booths may be broken down immediately following the Summit from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Shipping Your Expo Booth Materials

If you are staying overnight at the Disneyland Hotel, you may ship your booth materials directly to the hotel. If you are not staying overnight at the hotel, please do not ship your materials.

Booth materials that are shipped can be received at the hotel starting September 9 or by COB September 10. Please ship packages via a traceable means. Shipped materials are subject to Disneyland Resort’s handling fees.

Shipments should be sent to arrive on Sept. 9 or 10. If you ship your items the day before the Summit, the hotel cannot guarantee it will be enough time to go through their shipping and receiving process and then get to the bell desk. Items shipped to the hotel should be picked up at bell services. At the end of the conference, arrangements should be made to ship items no more than 3 days after teardown date. Storage charges will be applied to shipments held more than 3 days.

Handling Fees

Exhibitors picking up packages from bell services are charged $11 per box. Items not to exceed 60 lbs. or 130 inches total dimensions (girth & height). Items requiring special handling will be charged accordingly. Handling fees are charged to your hotel guest room.

Handling of incoming items includes: Receiving item from carrier, up to 3 days of storage, delivery to the proper location inside the resort, pick up of packed items after the event, up to 3 days storage and placing items with carrier for shipment.

Loading Dock

If you only have a few boxes:
Exhibitors with only a few boxes should park in the complimentary self-parking lot then walk to the Exhibit Hall. If you choose to valet, you will be charged for valet parking in addition to $11 per box transported via bell services.

If you have large items:
Exhibitors with large items to unload i.e.: furniture and other items will be required to go to the Disney security checkpoints for vehicle inspections. Exhibitors utilizing the vehicle inspections will be provided a map with instructions and time slots for unloading and loading. Use of the loading dock will incur exhibitor fee of $11/item inbound and outbound.
Loading Dock Request(Required)

If you checked above that you will use the loading dock, you will be provided with specific instructions for entering the security checkpoint and a loading time at the end of the Summit.

After unloading materials at the loading dock during your scheduled time, drop off your items at your Expo booth, and proceed to self-parking. After parking, you may return to set up your booth.

Complimentary wi-fi is provided by the hotel to all attendees.
